Free CD-ROM package details precision modular aluminum framing

Two (2) CD-Roms cover the selection and application of modular aluminum
profiles and accessory components. CD#1 (mk® Dialog) presents an interactive
and searchable catalog including application ideas, printable data sheets,
parts lists, pricing information and a shopping cart feature.
CD#2(mk® Bibliothek) includes 2D and 3D drawing files (.dwg
and .dxf formats) which may be used with AutoCAD Version 14 and 2000.
It covers over 270 different profiles sub-categorized in four series (Series
25, 40, 50 & 60) based on application, size, and strength. A
wide range of accessory connectors, braces, gussets, hinges, base plates,
adjusting screws, caps and other hardware, complements each profile series.

The new cd-rom package, which will operate on most Pentium-class processors with 32mb minimum ram is available free from mk® Profile Systems and it is designed to be a complete, interactive resource for design and manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, maintenance departments, purchasing agents or electro-mechanical contractors faced with the task of designing and building an infinite array of precision frames, structures, machine supports and guarding. The two (2) cd package contains both the electronic catalog CD and a CD containing CAD drawing files of profiles and conveyors. Together they introduce engineers to, and serve as ideal resource for, a broad line-up of conveyor automation, linear motion and material handling solutions in diverse manufacturing situations. Design concepts are based on construction using the modular aluminum profile system.
